Which of it does what to you, baby !

There's something really mysterious about,  Here Without You by 3 Doors Down.
Every time I hear it, I feel like it's exclusively written for me. I can feel an unknown and unique connection with this very song. Right from the guitar notes to the impassioned voice to the stunning lyrics, I mean it's just like One in a million compositions, or may be a billion or trillion for that matter. It's totally out of this world.
Okay, well, I wanna know which song or lyrics do that to you, There has to be one for sure!
I'd love to know!
Write it down here and just pen down few words, umm, explaining why you like it this and that much. Yeah :)
Here's the link to my secret magic piece. Have a melodic one, mates. :)

P.S: I know my title caught your attention and you ended up reading the above, hold your imagination horses right there sweetheart. It wasn't intentional Lol. Okay, love ya :)

  2. "Hey you"by Pink Floyd is the best song but unfortunately i havent heard it rather i have felt it. Seriously it can create magic in your heart and ears. Song depicts about the various scenarios of human interaction in a very peotic and immensely touching way. Listen to it once,if you dont like it,then i guess you need to learn some music. go and join some music classes:P

P.S. This song is also the inspiration for Mark Zuckerberg. He seems to manage human interaction so well on fb!!

  3. The song is enigmatic indeed. But then, different songs appeal differently to different people.

    Nice read.

  19. I haven't heard the song you've mentioned. Shall youtube it and watch it.

For me, the songs Iktara and Coming back to Life are magical.

The lyrics of Iktara "Main tho kisiki hoke, ye bhi na jaani, ruth hai ye do pal ki ya, rahegi sada"- I was going through pretty much the same phase in my life around the time I noticed the song, where I wasn't sure about certain things. These lyrics, for some reason, instilled a sense of positivity in me. Plus it's been sung beautifully by Kavita Seth and composed by Amitabh Bhattacharya.

Coming back to life, by Pink Floyd, is apparently a break-up song. The singer was going through a break up and he wrote the song it seems. If a break-up can inspire such genius, I don't mind breaking up everyday. The song is sheer genius! Be it the lyrics, the guitar, David Gilmore's heavenly voice- it's just amazing. Do listen to it when you can. I go into a trance when the initial guitar strings start.

    Ok, end of essay. :/

  20. I'm not surprised, Iktara has been a constant favorite with me too since the day I first heard it :)
And Here without you is pure black-magic at times. :)

  22. For me it has always been Judas Priest's 'Angel'.Close to it is Chad and Santana rendering "Why Dont You And I".Another song would be 'Love Is You" by Thomas Godoz. Its beautiful the way video had been created for Grey's Anatomy. The lyrics say it all for the way the hero feels for his love and how she is everything that means love to him :)
    "Love is you
    Seeing things like you do
    Waking up next to you
    Wanna give you all
    All that I am
    Love is you
You turn this world in two
    Something I never knew
    A beauty surrounds you
    Love is you"
