Light it up, Summer!

Seasons - they bring along so many harmonies. Swirl you around in a cyclone of glee. Dancing like a silk feathered birdie on your tiresome brain, tickling your brain cells, tempting you to give in.

Painting you yellow out in the sun, Drawing a silver lining over you in the embedded moonlight, Lighting up those eyes in the blissful droplets, Relaxing you with warm coffee on those lazy winter mornings, Helping those crispy maple leaves sway about in your smooth threads.
Never missing out on you, no matter what.

Summers, synonymous to 'freedom' is the season to dig your feet in.
Applying sun screen over your happy skin and dipping in the sun kissed wind,
Sipping in chilled sweet cola,
Gorging  upon watermelon and spilling the juices all over,
Preparing ice creams and icing them with blueberry and lemon,
Going for fishing in the evening,
Collecting sea shells and saving them in your favorite antique bowl,

Walking on the wet grass barefoot in the nearby park,
Enjoying a water squashy balloon fight,
Sinking in the aromatic summer oil  for that refreshing bath,
Catching those sparkling fireflies,
Reading cute books together all night long on the terrace,
And waking up to a little bit more sparkling you!

Have fun, let go of all the odd memories, breathe in the clean sunshine and who knows, on your way, you too meet someone as special as my partner in crime, Kyra!
My love for summer, ignited by this contest right here.
Check out the facebook link too, fellas.
And don't forget to tune into 'Sweet Like cola by Lou Bega' in the meanwhile!
Smile pretty. Love :)

Ssb Journey Reloaded!!

15 July,2011, 7:00 am, Morning! :)

As I reached Allahabad railway station with Maa and Paa, well, acc to them:
1. I am way too small to go alone on a train journey that too in the night. It's all about the NIGHT afterall. lol
2. They were like dead sure that the next morning when I will wake up, all my belongings would be missing and still I will be smiling. No, I ain't no crazy. I mean not this crazy. ;)
3. I might start crying at night thinking what I am gonna do there anyway.
4. Some cruel shana gang might kidnap me for I am beautiful and elegant, every kid is, for their parents.
5. I might start walking in sleep and get down on an unknown station like Kareena did in Jab We Met. No, drop the rest of the story, please :D
So, to avoid all that, they accompanied me.
I was busy searching for other fellow SSB aspirants, my eyes still not ready to wish sleep goodbye and my heavy bag clutching onto my right shoulder tight, I noticed the view around. New place, new faces, new everything. The place was no doubt messed up and smelly. Thereby, One of my college mate introduced me to others she already knew. I met them, had an opening short and lost convo. We were four now, strangers, well, not really. Waiting for the Army bus, trying to avoid strange looks of people around and continously watching the clock tik tok. Finally, it stroked 1. I threw my bag in the air, not out of excitment, simply coz It had to be done so as to put the same on the bus top. Hugged and waved my parents goodbye and got onto the bus. It was scorching heat and I hated the sweat on my forehead for this very reason. Just then heard one of the girls shouting, she was talking to her mom, complaining about the bad condition of the city and the AC Less bus. I thought to myself, what was she expecting anyway, a chopper and V.K Singh, the chief of Indian Army coming to recieve her. Silly girl. We reached the Cantt area in no time and stood there waiting to be called and instructed. All 9048 people have to stay together in 19SSB building and so was I. One girl named Isha was as slow as me ad only two of us were walking like a leg less turtles, all tired and lazy in the end. I saw the potential of sharing bed with her. Asked few necessary things and told the same about myself. Never have stayed in the hostel or anywhere else before, this was something entirely different and exciting. Reached the room, kept my stuff on the floor, and jumped right away on the bed. We were to assemble in the Testing Hall in the following hour for some formalities and et cetera et cetera. Came back, talked to the rest of the girls there, shared a joke, met people from almost every corner of the country. Gave the screening test next morning, got selected, Both I, Isha and other 38 deserving girls. Again filled in some forms and were the last to complete the same :D
Till now, I have made quite a number of friends and a countable acquintances too. The 5 on 2 thing was lined up and to our surprise, none of us had any problem whatsoever. This 5 on 2 is basically, 5 girls on 2 beds. lol. No, not coz of the shortage of beds, just coz we were in deep love with each other. Haha, no, we all are very much straight, but coz that place was cool and comfy as compared to others. As simple as that. Even if we had to squeeze ourselves to make space for the rest, we never hesitated and enjoyed the same like anything. Went for tasks together, not even dared to commence eating in the absence of the other 4, no bathe and everything sepeartely, wtf cmon, Cheered and helped them smile after the bad performance, if any. It was a small happy family, living, eating and doing all the things together. On the first day of physical task during the Snake Race, we were to name the group in order to shout it while doing the task. Jai Bhavani was what we came up with, it was kinda motivating and energetic. Chak de was something the other group named themseleves, so on and so forth.
My teddy beary plumpy friend Isha , Chest No 25, ran and screamed at the top of her voice chak de, chak de chak de. Even when she was all restless , rain drops clogging her face and covering her spectacles, she never gave up and did it, oh yeah, like a soldier.
Mukta, Chest No 37, fearless, smart and free, told us stories when she had to slap a fair number of mawaalis coz they were teasing her and she couldn't take it. In love with her family and dear ones and did it for them. Helped me with the sports questions as well.
Preeti,Chest No 8, coming here for the third time, a total comedian. Always laughing and giggling and falling off the bed, still smiling, finding hard to breathe, struggling for oxygen and even then laughing. Reason, well, she don't need it. Pure at heart and nothing hideous.
Sujaata, Chest No 16, caring, loving and a cool hair stylist, made all of us a french plat and other things too. Slept in the tiniest of the space and ordered me to take medicines on time as I was on fever. Rolled down the obstacle, stood hanging there and came up again, finished the task beautifully.
At last, me, Chest no 35, a kiddo in the race. Happy and contended as I had the bestest of people around.
We all hated Chest No 33, she was annoying, dishonest, silly, bitchy, beep beep and whatever you feel like addressing her with.
Apart from this slight difference, all right from Chest No 1 to 40 were exceptional and sweet in their own way.
Although none of us 5 made it in the second round, but nevertheless, these days were like the most cutest and fun days ever.
Super awesome, Memorable, amazingly cool and hot and lol.
Looking forward to check out Zindagi na Milegi Dobara soon, very soon with you all.
Muuaaah my Chak de Gang, You all made the time slip away like a piece of butter. Okay, that came out of nowhere !! :D :P
Stay in touch always and forever and even after that. Love you. Love and Hugs and Kisses and Everything :D :)

P.S: I just wanted to write, regardless of the bad grammar and crazy words used. Please cope up!! :)

Friends For Life!! :)

EEE results out (Now, plz don't get into the rank thing, I won't tell anyway). And 'Cuz of the n number of blunders I committed, this is the college I finally landed up in, No I ain't mentioning the name even!
Yeah yeah , stop making those faces now.
Well, when I first stepped into my college, I had this obnoxious feeling of running away kahin door jahaan mein!!
Yaar, you don't even have no idea, what rocking college (sarcastically, readers, sarcastically), I, whoops, we all are stuck onto!!
And we here consists of a large number of awesomest, funkiest, coolest est est est people ever!!

Actually, our place is hugely flooded with them, can't really help it, you know!
So, coming to the masti part..
Lemme, start with the first day itself which was the Ragging day, huh!
I couldn't even figure out now, what the heck was up with the seniors, that day!
One came up to me, with his tapori gang, and asked, "Oe, did you see saregama", that's a show, in case you don't know! Wow, that rhymes ;)
Then he continued, "even if you didn't, tell me who was the guest last night", Ohh man, What a looser, Can't even differentiate between a G.k Quiz and Ragging, Still, the ball was in my court, so Taking advantage, I just came up with some random celebrity, And he started laughing, and seeing him so happy, the whole background toli accompanied this weird fellow. I reminded myself, C’mon Girl, you won't punch him in the face, Lol, whatever!! :D

I even drove a hypothetical car in the college bus, my neighboring mate singing aloud giving the feel of audio system in there, that dhoom machale song!!

Few days went by, and I got new friends, first one of 'em being shit, I mean sheetal ;)
Golu molu, natkhat baalika, Loves mastibaazi and is full on dirty.. :D
Second one being DD, a.k a div, nice, tall, motu girl who’s actually on the verge of becoming dirty ;)
Then, On one fine day, when I was pretty much obsessed with the Infinite series thing in mathematics, and this guy who looked no less than a nerd came to my rescue, Yes, our handsome Maako man, a k a kanuj!
He solved those problems and that was our first talk! I agree that was Ohh so out of focus  ;)
This guy being my bestie is a gem of a person and one of the nicest persons I've ever met!

Anyways, the attendance used to be a major issue that time, considering the fact, we were new batch and thereby didn't get a chance to set the professors. I think with this line, I somewhat cleared the took-for-granted-college-doubt, some of my readers had for me. ;)
There is a full list of Rofl incidents in my closet but for the time being, I'll cut the whole thing short and narrate only those which are worth mentioning!
For instance, the proxy sheet which had Lal badhshah and Srk present on it or the Baa prof who anyhow wore specs, but checked the time without them, maybe the Ed prof who had this funny habit of pausing at the alphabet, "S", or the fcp maam-confused-to-be-a-maid thing, or the chem maam fine when she hijacked our innocent cellphones, or perhaps the omi driver, cuz of whose style panti, I slipped down on the bus floor, Or that karan ka meko sadi kareli bulana,That shit singing for him, Tu hai mera karan, and bebo rolling on the floor laughing, or the acting of writing pages in the sessionals and getting 1 or 2 marks out of pity and how can I seriously leave out my bhaisaab masti with my cheeka goal a k a charu, damn I missed it like hell later on ..!! :)
Here, Lemme tell you a bit about Bakshi a k a Karan, Bebo mai bebo dil mera lelo, a k a Vaibhav and my cheeka goal a k a gs a k a charu. Bakshi, being from the other branch, is cute, stupid and full on tashni whereas bebo is on more on a serious side who manages to show his teeth’s in our company and is really a nice guy at heart and my g s, she was the only senior I felt comfortable with and the entire way from home to college and back became memorable and worth enjoying in her company, yaad hai apna Pool dance and G talk ;)
Summing the fun we had in these years,
The India gate chatai party, the bandar bandariya combo, the tug of war and shit, puru ka girna!
The farms, i mean kheton ke ultimate mazze, that flying of hair in the free wind, that smile on the faces, that cheerful atmosphere, that sexy pic collection ;)
The Gate coaching, Those Metro stairs, that sandy cool dude , that dilli jalwa, that pointing out on overweight girls and commenting itni-to-moti-hogi-hi-sheetal-tu, those ignore maar talks, those out-of-the-world-imaginations, those prize winning pj's on which we never got a prize, though, that's again a pj, those sneaking-from-the-class-moments, that Hi friends freak, that kabhi-na-xylo-book-karane-wala-mahindra, that beautiful chiknak chiknak sardar, that blooooo song, the yum chhole bhatoore and rajma rice, that 3 hrs lecture thought giving mini heart attacks on and off, that sleeping in the class and slapping the one who didn't, that photo session when bored to death, that janpath walk and bhaiya, dene wala prize batao baat, that washroom time include karke total time batana, those sweet dreams in which maako man treats us in Barista or Pizza hut, which unfortunately never came true, that Karan ki bhawna etc etc.
The Purana Adda, Bole to Div's place masti, those videos we made, and those pics we took, those pantiya we did, that husnwaalo ne action, that tujhse naraaz nahi song steps :) :)

Thinking to myself what if I didn't get a good

college, I managed to get a handful of good friends :)
Thank you mates, for you gave me endless sweet moments I am gonna cherish throughout my life!
Glad that I met you :)
Proud to say that we are and will always be "Friends For Life"
Love ya all!! <3 :* :*

Friends, Our Twin Souls!!

A night before exam (be it any, God dammit, exam's exam after all, what's wrong with u people!), when u feel like a complete freak and talk shit and do things which are a serious torture to others, Who comes to your rescue?
Or picture this, It's 1 in the morn and you just reached a station or an airport, whatever the case may be, after a long journey, being new to this very old friend's city, who will flash in your mind in one go!
Now, that i love my readers like hell, i have one more similar condition for you,
You're on an emotional trauma, where your lover just dumped you for some one else, who is obviously a Looser! No, he/she ain't lucky, folks, ( Exceptions Exceptions- If the girlfriend who went away had real I.Q despite the Hawt looks or the guy here was real Abso-freaking-lutely-Amazing, Yeah they are on the verge of extinction, No offence ). So, in this particular scenario, who can cheer you up the best way!
Now that u are already through with the Title , it would have been a easy hit :)
(Those , who were in illusion of the level of smartness they posses by answering that, My apologies for the disappointment caused  ) ;)

Yeah, back on track. Know what, this amount of nonsense can only be tolerated by those blessed souls who are themselves the same way..Or don't cringe in the company of one. Perhaps that's the reason, a person can usually be driven by the similar set of species.
Hell yeah, It's our FRIENDS!!

With lovers, initially, some impression maaarna and all that happens , But, with dost-log, you are what you truly are. No need to go that extra mile to match their steps, 'coz they'll definitely match yours someway or the other..!!
Lying to them is simply prohibited, frankly, It's no where a possibility.
They don't judge you by your looks or physical appearance, you are their fav cartoon anyway!
They don't make faces seeing you snoring at night.
They never ever ever ever ever ever tell you, "Let me take the initiative here", while paying bills!! You're their Finance department after all ;)
For 'em, it's like,You seriously took a bath today, cool, where's the treat ? :B
They be by your side even in the darkest of hours.
You don't need gifts to make up with 'em, they drop by forgetting the fight, themselves !! ;)
They always have a way out off the shitanis and nautankis!
They are your Zipped boxes, and you can confide as many secrets as you feel like in 'em!
During any fight or kaha suni, they never let you handle it all by yourself.  They know you'll loose it that way, embarrassment for 'em !! :D
They are always there to accompany you in re-exam ;)
They help you with your love issues along with making lotta fun callin' you Devdas and what not!
You don't need to be at your best behavior in thier company, actually, u are at your worst! :P
They don't show up with a pre-planning syndrome, they just Show Up ;)
Your Maa has full right to scold 'em just the way she do to you :)
They don't need new clothes for weddings, what u r for , haan?
They let you drink and drive ;)

And most importantly, they never stab you or bitch about you to others.
All they know is that even if you are slightly cracked from sides, You are and will always be good to 'em.

Well, the list is boundless, and so do the deeds of our lovely mates!

As some one has rightly quoted,
"If you should die before me, ask if you could bring a friend" !!

LOVE YOU ALL :)
'Cuz without you my fella's, I'd never ever be what I am today!!
